Cannula, Face masks & Tubing

A nasal cannula is used to deliver supplemental oxygen to patients in need of respiratory help. The cannula comes in two forms: a medical cannula, which is packaged individually and completely sterile, and a commercial cannula, which can come in different colours and is used for home, office or oxygen bars.

Face masks are primarily used by oxygen therapy patients and deliver different amounts of oxygen depending on how much you need. There are also Venturi masks which deliver a low percentage of oxygen. It’s extremely important to check with your doctor which mask is best for you and if you are unsure always use a Venturi (low percentage) mask.

Tubing is simply for running extensions from your stationary oxygen concentrator.
